Courageous, optimistic, intuitive, determined, sociable, adaptable and also a black woman. During my 23 years career within AXA Belgium I have had the opportunity to work in multiple positions: File Handler, Manager, and Change Agent during our Cultural Transformation. I have always worked hard to ensure that my skills go beyond my origins. Thankfully, I met open-minded people who trusted me and allowed me to be myself even if I did not look like the people around me. I am now working in the HR Department as Talent & Learning Partner and I'm sure there is still a lot to come.
